This module adds a lot of functions to the leave and employee module. With this extension you can define the following values for the employee. Regular leave (based on the contract), additional leave, planned leave for the coming year. Remaining leave for the previous year, expiration of old leave at the end of the month set in the planner
In the dashboard view, all entered vacation or absence times are displayed in the calendar view.
Further times can be planned here and likewise it is possible to navigate to the other functions from here.
From the dashboard, new absences can be entered as shown in the screenshot. Here in the example 'Paid vacation' was selected. Other selections are freely customizable in the configuration.
As in reality, there are a variety of reasons why leave can be requested.
Different reasons for vacation
In addition to the classic annual leave, half days can also be taken off or overtime can be reduced.
This means that there is no need for bulky solutions in vacation management; ITISeasy.business simply maps all these scenarios.
There are always reasons why an employee is granted additional vacation days. It may be exceptional performance that justifies additional leave, private matters or, for example, the birth of one's own child.
With ITISeasy.business, special leaves are quickly approved and added.
Leave entries are displayed in a summary of leave requests and are forwarded to the appropriate manager for approval.
The responsible manager is stored once at the employee contact and receives the approval requests automatically from now on.
The manager stored on the employee can approve or reject the respective leave requests individually and add comments.

Continuous vacation calculation
In the personnel module, the item principle comes into play, in which, for example, the vacation entitlement and the days paid off remain constantly up-to-date. You are always up to date how much remaining vacation your employees have and how these times come about.
In the personnel contact, a clear record is kept of when and what type of leave the employee has taken. From this, the remaining vacation entitlement (28 days) is calculated, which can be seen in the screenshot above. The type 'Additional' or 'Vacation' determines whether the vacation days are added or deducted.
Connection with the attendance time recording
The connection with the attendance time recording and the post principle lead to the fact that also the carry-over of the vacation into the new year is possible without problems.
The remaining vacation entitlement is carried over into the next year and can be compensated there, for example, until March, depending on the regulations.
Vacation carryover to the next year
The 5 days of remaining leave will be taken over into the new year separately. In ITISeasy.business it is possible that this leave is automatically compensated first in the new year.
Scheduled actions can be used to account for the expiration of vacation days at any point in time by deleting the entitlement on the due date. An automated reminder email sent in this case can be set up as well.
According to the same principle, the overtime/missing hours are listed and clearly displayed at the personnel contact. The overtime is calculated from the balance of the hours worked per day and the hours to be worked per day. These are stored in the working hours model.
When the vacation is shorter than planned
Post back vacation account
A case that is not desired or very frequent, but can still be mapped in ITISeasy.business without any problems. Your employee plans to take 8 days of summer vacation and has to end the vacation after only 5 days due to an emergency in the company. The 8 days of vacation have already been approved and booked. How can this now be compensated again?
Roll back vacation request
The already approved request for 8 days can be easily rejected and changed to 5 days. The entry is overwritten and updated in the employee's leave journal.
Plan vacation ahead
With the BI reports you are able to analyze the absence times of your employees in report form at any time. Each table value on the X and Y axis is freely configurable so that the report is individually tailored to you.
The reports can also be displayed in chart form.
Absence analyses by type
In the above example, the BI report was filtered by employee. In addition, it is also possible to filter by the type of absence type.
This is particularly useful for checking, for example, the absences of your employees on a monthly or annual basis for trends or inconsistencies.

The overview function represents an important part of the vacation management of ITISeasy.business.
The current status of the vacation situation in the company can be seen practically and clearly for all employees. As soon as a vacation request is approved, it is displayed in the calendar overview.
